1. Where Do We Ship?
JiStones proudly ships our handmade natural stone jewelry to almost every country worldwide.
Due to carrier restrictions or international sanctions, we are currently unable to ship to the following destinations:
- Bahamas
- Cuba
- Iran
- Sudan
- Syria
- Yemen
We are continuously working with our logistics partners to expand coverage.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over US$69.99 (regular-priced items only)
- Orders under $69.99: Standard Shipping US$6.00
- Express Shipping (FedEx / DHL / UPS): starts at US$29.99 (varies by weight & destination)
• Site-wide free shipping promotions are frequently offered during major sales.
• For promotional “free products”, a handling & shipping fee of US$18 applies (covers processing, international freight and potential customs duties). This fee is non-refundable.
Final shipping costs are always calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a “Track My Order” link.

5. Why Is My Tracking Not Updating?
Many of our authentic healing crystal and spiritual jewelry pieces are handcrafted in Tibet or Nepal. After local pickup, packages travel overland to the international sorting hub. This inland leg can take 3–7 days with no scan updates.
Tracking begins updating once the parcel reaches the international airport and is scanned for export.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 60 calendar days from the shipment date, contact us — we will either resend the item free of charge or issue a full refund (your choice).
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. Address correction requests must be received within 2 hours of placing the order. Once handed to the carrier, redirection is not possible.
